About Me

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa, where I also gained hands-on experience as a strength and conditioning intern working with high school athletes. After graduating in 2021, I relocated to Arizona to pursue my career as a personal trainer. I began by training full-time in a commercial setting before transitioning into a management role, where I spent two years mentoring other trainers, helping them grow their client base, and guiding them in client retention—all while continuing to train my own clients.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Nutrition Coach. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training a diverse range of clients—from beginners learning proper movement patterns to advanced athletes refining performance. My experience extends to working with clients with Parkinson’s, ALS, Alzheimer’s, special education needs, pre- and post-surgery recovery, and rehabilitation. These opportunities have strengthened my ability to adapt programs to any individual, regardless of background, goals, or limitations.

My mission is to provide effective, personalized training that helps each client feel confident, strong, and capable. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or simply feel healthier, I’m committed to guiding you through every step of the process with knowledge, encouragement, and results-driven strategies.
